Well done on taking this step, it says a lot about the kind of practitioner you are. By seeking individual supervision, you’re investing in yourself, your clients, and your long-term sustainability in the sector. We’re excited to walk alongside you as you grow in confidence, clarity, and competence.
At Ultimate Youth Worker, we believe great supervision leads to great practice. That’s why our approach is reflective, relational, and grounded in the real-world challenges you face. Whether you’re new to the field or a seasoned professional, supervision provides the space to unpack complex work, explore ethical decisions, and prioritise your own wellbeing.
Our individual supervision service is for youth workers, social workers, and community service professionals who want more than just a checkbox exercise. It’s for those who want to reflect deeply, grow professionally, and stay grounded in the values that brought them to the field in the first place.
We intentionally keep our supervision intake limited so we can offer the highest quality, personalised support to each practitioner we work with. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and your practice, we’d love to hear from you.
Once we receive your application, we’ll contact you for a short introductory conversation. This allows us to:
Understand your goals for supervision
Match you with the best-fit supervisor
Answer any questions about the process
Ensure the service meets your needs
If it’s a good fit, we’ll then send you a welcome pack, supervision agreement, and booking link to schedule your first session.
We’re honoured that you’re considering supervision with us. Please complete the short application form below so we can get to know you and your goals. One of our team members will be in touch within a few days to help you get started.
We can’t wait to support you in becoming a more passionate, principled, and professional youth worker.
All of our supervisors are degree-qualified youth workers and/or accredited social workers with at least 10 years’ frontline experience in the sector. They bring a wealth of knowledge from diverse roles and settings and they get the challenges you face. Our supervisors have been academics too, so they get how to put theory and practice together.
