Why group supervision

Supervision that strengthens the whole team

Youth work is emotionally, ethically and organisationally complex. Group supervision gives your team a facilitated space to work through it together. It’s professional development for your whole service, not just a wellbeing measure. Our guide to supervision in youth work explains how group and individual supervision fit together.

Shared practice

Work through challenging cases and ethical dilemmas together, so the whole team learns from each one.

A stronger team

Better communication and cohesion, and a consistent culture of accountability and care.

Staying well

A safe space to manage stress and prevent burnout before it costs you staff.

Community and outreach teams
