Aaron Garth is the Executive Director of Ultimate Youth Worker, a coaching, supervision and training service based in Melbourne. He is a youth work academic, researcher and an advocate for the professionalisation of the youth sector. Aaron has worked as a youth worker in a number of settings including counselling, street drug and alcohol outreach, rehabilitation, family services, residential care, local government and youth homelessness since 2003.
