Aaron Garth is the Executive Director of Ultimate Youth Worker, an education, training and supervision service based in Melbourne. He is an academic, researcher and an advocate for the professionalisation of the youth sector. Aaron has worked as a youth worker in a number of settings including counselling, street drug and alcohol outreach, rehabilitation, family services, residential care, local government and youth homelessness since 2003.
