Meet our Supervisors

At Ultimate Youth Worker, our supervisors are more than qualified — they’re sector veterans. Each member of our team brings a minimum of 10 years’ frontline experience in youth work, holds a Degree in Youth Work (many with further qualifications), and has walked the path you’re on.

They’ve supported young people in complex environments, managed critical incidents, and built programs from the ground up. Now, they bring that lived expertise into every supervision session — not just as practitioners, but as trained supervisors.

All our team members are accredited across Ultimate Youth Workers three levels of supervision training:

• Tier 3 – Foundational Supervision Practice

• Tier 2 – Advanced Supervision for Complex Practice

• Tier 3 – Group Supervision & Reflective Facilitation

Our approach is grounded in reflective practice, ethical accountability, and emotional and cultural safety — because we know that great supervision isn’t just about performance.
